Learn to powerfully and effectively coach for personal or professional development
Coaching is a fast developing profession. It has few barriers to entry and so people often mistakenly think “anyone” can do it!
The truth is that effective life coaching based on sound established psychological approaches to offering support, is a serious business.
A coach helps empower others so they may identify, clarify meet, and then often exceed their personal and professional goals. Coaches assist their clients (or coachees) to confidently face difficult situations, push through emotional barriers and therefore achieve their full potential.
Don’t limit yourself to being just be another coach among so many.

Who is your Trainer?
Denise Collins is one of the few people to have a post graduate Masters’ Degree in psychological coaching from a London university. Plus she has extensive practical experience in coaching both individual clients and managers and leaders within corporate settings. This makes her a fantastic person to teach you coaching.
What if I am already a Hypnotherapist or NLP Practitioner?
Then adding coaching will give you additional skills, tools and techniques to have structured transformational conversations. If you have already trained and you are still looking to add coaching to your tool box this is most likely because you want to be the best you can be for your clients. Maybe you feel as if you would like to consistently achieve the results or make the kind of positive impact with your clients that you want to.
Truth is that unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation in the world of self-development. Disciplines such as Coaching are presented as being easy to learn and practice. Where the real truth is that while they are SIMPLE, this is not the same as easy.
The truth is that to be good at anything requires time and dedication. There are no quick fixes, magic solutions or short cuts to excellence. Nothing truly of value and worth having is that effortless to come by. If something seems too good to be true; it is!
The truth is that no other course offers such a genuine opportunity to truly prepare you for such an emotionally fulling and financially rewarding career. The barriers to entry appear low but the truth is that only the very best succeed in what has become a very competitive industry. The rewards for those who do make it are very high; the freedom of being your own boss. Hourly rates of between £65 – £300. The ability to choose to work when, where and with whom you want. And perhaps best of all, doing something that actually helps people and genuinely does some good in the world!
What exactly is The Hummingbird Effect?
You may have heard of the Butterfly effect, where the sedate flapping of a butterfly’s wings can create enough of a change in atmospheric pressure to ultimately result in a hurricane on the other side of the world. This illustrates the notion that even the smallest and slightest movement can instigate change of impressive magnitude.
Well Hummingbird’s can flap their wings up to 100 beats per second!
Plus they have the ability to hover in mid-air before choosing which direction to take. They can also fly in any direction; up, down, forwards and even backwards. These amazing little creatures therefore, symbolise ultimate flexibility.
The Hummingbird Effect represents the concept that even small changes made in a flexible way can result in astounding positive transformation.
And that while the ultimate goal in life is to progress forward and upwards, sometimes the best way to accomplish this is to pause and maybe even back up a little.
